2. Services

We provide AI-powered voice and chat agents for business automation. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

3. User Obligations

• You must use our services lawfully and ethically.
• You are responsible for your agent configurations and content.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer our services.
• You must maintain confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must have rights to any content you upload.

4. Data Processing

Your data is stored in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). We process data in accordance with UK and EU GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Payment

Subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated. Consumer rights including 14-day cooling-off period apply where applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. We retain all rights to our platform and technology. You grant us a limited license to process your data for service provision.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Services are provided "as is" with statutory warranties.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may suspend immediately for Terms violations. Data is deleted within 90 days post-termination, unless longer retention is required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
