Common questions
How much does an agency pay?
$69 USD per live client agent per month. That is 30% off the $99 Core price, and the discount does not expire. There is no minimum number of clients.
Who bills the client?
You do. We send one invoice a month to your agency for all live client agents. You set the price your client pays, for example as part of an existing care plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first client agent is free for 30 days.
Who sets up the agents?
We set up your partner account and your first client agent with you. Each client gets its own workspace under your partner account, and you manage all of them with one login.
Can the client see the conversations?
Yes, if you want them to. Invite the client to their own workspace to see conversations and summaries, or keep access to yourself and let the email summaries go to them.
Can I remove your branding?
The "powered by" badge on the widget can be removed. A fully white-labelled dashboard is not built.
What does the agent answer from?
Only the client's approved content: the pages you point it at and anything you add. It asks the questions you set up. It does not answer phone calls.
